PDXDC2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXDC2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,454 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6A, AKAP9, and SETD5. Each is linked with PDXDC2P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC2P-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXDC2P versus TNRC6A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXDC2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXDC2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
