Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,420 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLPH, SMIM22, and AGR2. Each is linked with PDXDC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC1 results are reported.
