Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, Notch1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PDXDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC1 results are reported.
