Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDXDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,606 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of Golgi inheritance, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with PDXDC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC1 results are reported.
