PDXDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 688 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM9, KRTAP21-2, and ELOA3P. Each is linked with PDXDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM9 grouped by PDXDC1-low versus PDXDC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
