Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,212 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, DLGAP5, and CCNB1. Each is linked with PDSS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDSS1 versus NCAPG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
