Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4450, MIR1185-2, and RNU5E-9P. Each is linked with PDSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4450 grouped by PDSS1-low versus PDSS1-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
