PDS5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,775 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDS5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, CHAMP1, and WBP4. Each is linked with PDS5B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5B-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDS5B versus HMGB1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDS5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDS5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
