Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDS5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, STAG3L4, and BAG1. Each is linked with PDS5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5B-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by PDS5B-low versus PDS5B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDS5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDS5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
