PDS5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,496 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDS5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFA, DHX15, and UBE2K. Each is linked with PDS5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDS5A versus NELFA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDS5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDS5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
