Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,095 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDS5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, EZH2, and RFC5. Each is linked with PDS5A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5A results are reported.
