Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,417 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDS5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAE1, IMP3P2, and TCTN3. Each is linked with PDS5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAE1 grouped by PDS5A-low versus PDS5A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDS5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDS5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
