Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDS5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDS5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PDS5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5A results are reported.
