Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDS5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,741 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDS5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination. Each is linked with PDS5A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDS5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDS5A results are reported.
