Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDPR data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PDPR Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, SARC, and ESCA are the cancer types where PDPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
