Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,468 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, MMP14, and MMP2. Each is linked with PDPN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPN-to-partner and partner-to-PDPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDPN versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
