Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,225 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT2, OSBPL10, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with PDPN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPN-to-partner and partner-to-PDPN results are reported.
