Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP60, PAQR3, and EFNA1. Each is linked with PDPN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPN-to-partner and partner-to-PDPN results are reported.
