The most reproducible PDPN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to membrane, Negative regulation of molecular function, and Peptidyl-amino acid modification. Each is linked with PDPN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPN-to-partner and partner-to-PDPN results are reported.
