Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACCSL, CST9L, and OR4K2. Each is linked with PDPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPN-to-partner and partner-to-PDPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACCSL grouped by PDPN-low versus PDPN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
