PDPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,139 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, PDPK1_S241, and MRTFB. Each is linked with PDPK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDPK1 versus USP7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
