Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1227, TAF9, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with PDPK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDPK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1227 grouped by PDPK1-low versus PDPK1-high in ESCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
