PDPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,224 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG1, USP7, and RNPS1. Each is linked with PDPK1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDPK1 versus SMG1 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
