Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,770 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Cytosolic transport, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with PDPK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDPK1 results are reported.
