PDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM39, HTATSF1, and NAXE. Each is linked with PDP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-PDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDP2 versus RBM39 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
