Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,597 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15, MZT2A, and ZNF177. Each is linked with PDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-PDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDP2 versus RPS15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
