Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, ATM, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with PDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-PDP2 results are reported.
