Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, SPRR1A, and CNGA2. Each is linked with PDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-PDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by PDP2-low versus PDP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
