PDLIM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,416 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN, TIMP2, and TPM1. Each is linked with PDLIM5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM5-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM5 versus TAGLN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
