PDLIM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCG5-AS1, MIR4444-2, and WHAMM. Each is linked with PDLIM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM5-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCG5-AS1 grouped by PDLIM5-low versus PDLIM5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
