Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDLIM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,931 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Physiological muscle hypertrophy, Physiological cardiac muscle hypertrophy, and Cell growth involved in cardiac muscle cell development. Each is linked with PDLIM5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM5-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM5 results are reported.
