Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDLIM3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDLIM3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher PDLIM3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDLIM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LSCC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PDLIM3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
