Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,163 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDLIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM1, PDLIM7, and TPM2. Each is linked with PDLIM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM3-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM3 versus TPM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
