PDLIM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDLIM3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVC2, KCNB2, and MBD5. Each is linked with PDLIM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM3-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EVC2 grouped by PDLIM3-low versus PDLIM3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
