PDLIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,341 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8orf58, SORBS3, and BMP1. Each is linked with PDLIM2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM2 versus C8orf58 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
