PDLIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,153 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN1, CAVIN3, and EHD2. Each is linked with PDLIM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM2 versus CAVIN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
