PDLIM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,736 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, PTH1R, and NAALADL1. Each is linked with PDLIM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM2 versus DCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
