PDLIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, AP1S3, and IGF2. Each is linked with PDLIM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by PDLIM2-low versus PDLIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
