PDLIM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM1_S215, PDLIM1_S90, and PDLIM1_T291. Each is linked with PDLIM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM1 versus PDLIM1_S215 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
