Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, NCAPH, and LRFN1. Each is linked with PDLIM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM1 results are reported.
