PDLIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,875 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17-C18orf32, MIR5687, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with PDLIM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17-C18orf32 grouped by PDLIM1-low versus PDLIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
