Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPA, CAVIN2, and FHL1. Each is linked with PDK4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK4-to-partner and partner-to-PDK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK4 versus ASPA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
