Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,009 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATOH8, S1PR1, and ACKR1. Each is linked with PDK4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK4-to-partner and partner-to-PDK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK4 versus ATOH8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
