PDK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHATL-AS1, IL6RP1, and LGALS16. Each is linked with PDK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK4-to-partner and partner-to-PDK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHATL-AS1 grouped by PDK4-low versus PDK4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
