PDK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,377 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRAF2, TCEAL1, and POSTN. Each is linked with PDK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK3-to-partner and partner-to-PDK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK3 versus PRAF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
