PDK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with PDK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK3-to-partner and partner-to-PDK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by PDK3-low versus PDK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
