Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDK2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDK2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PDK2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and OV show a favorable association.

COAD, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where PDK2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
