PDK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,085 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2L1, HDLBP, and HK3. Each is linked with PDK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK2-to-partner and partner-to-PDK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK2 versus SDF2L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
