The most reproducible PDK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB10, PLAUR, and CXCL8. Each is linked with PDK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK2-to-partner and partner-to-PDK2 results are reported.
