PDK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4698, LINC02559, and UBTFL1. Each is linked with PDK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK2-to-partner and partner-to-PDK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4698 grouped by PDK2-low versus PDK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
